3) Reservations & Appointments

A) Free Reservations

In most cases, reservations are free and are used to organize and secure your time slot.

B) Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate contact and booking details. Incorrect information may prevent successful communication or delivery.

C) Changes, Rescheduling & Availability

We may reschedule or cancel a reservation when necessary due to operational constraints, emergencies, staffing, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

4) Payments

A) Payments Are Local

Payment methods, pricing, and conditions may vary depending on the service type and your location.

Payments may be accepted through:

  • Card payments

  • Cash (where applicable)

  • Other local payment methods available at the studio or service location

You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your selected service at the time of service, unless otherwise stated.

5) Delivery Time

For photo studio sessions, our standard delivery promise is:

✅ Delivery within 24 hours

We may deliver earlier than 24 hours, but early delivery is not guaranteed and may vary depending on service volume and production requirements.

Delivery time for other services (design, motion design, digital solutions) may vary based on project scope and will be communicated separately.

6) Refunds & Service Issues

Because our services involve production time and labor, refunds may not be available once a service has been delivered.

If you believe there is an issue with your delivered files or service:

  • you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery, and

  • we will review the situation and propose an appropriate solution where possible.

7) Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Respect studio rules, staff, and other clients

  • Follow any instructions related to safety and operations

  • Provide content that you have the legal right to share with us

  • Avoid providing content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

You are responsible for any damages caused by misconduct, abuse, or violations of studio rules.

8) Intellectual Property

A) Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platforms (logos, branding, designs, text, code, layout, and other assets) is owned by Parallele Media Groupe LLC or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

B) Your Content

You retain ownership of your personal files and content (photos, videos, documents, messages, etc.) that you upload or provide.

By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited license to use it only to provide the requested services (processing, editing, delivery, support, and storage).

9) Use of Client Photos for Marketing

We may request permission to use certain client photos for promotional purposes (website, social media, advertising).
