1) Our Messaging Philosophy
We do not use direct messaging as a promotional or marketing tool.
Our communications are primarily service-related, designed to support:

We do not send promotional messages through WhatsApp, SMS, or push notifications.
2) Email Communication (Primary Channel)
Email is our primary messaging channel for essential service communication.

✅ We do not send promotional or marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
3) Push Notifications
We may send push notifications through our mobile applications for service-related purposes such as:

account-related alerts
important service notices
Push notifications are not used for marketing or promotional campaigns.
You can disable push notifications anytime through your device settings.
Disabling them may limit certain real-time updates.
4) WhatsApp Communication (On Request)
WhatsApp is not our default official communication channel.
However, we may use WhatsApp in the following situations:

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we may respond through WhatsApp.
✅ Delivery Upon Request:
We may deliver files (photos or other content) via WhatsApp only upon customer request, especially when it is the fastest or most convenient delivery option for the client.
✅ Support & Quick Clarifications:
WhatsApp may be used for short service-related clarifications when requested by the customer.
We do not send promotional messages via WhatsApp.
5) SMS Messaging
We do not currently use SMS as a standard communication channel.
If SMS messaging becomes available in the future:
we will update this policy
we will apply proper consent procedures
and users will have the ability to opt out at any time
6) File Delivery Channels
Depending on the service and the customer’s request, file delivery may be done through:
secure online delivery systems (website/app access)
email delivery (where appropriate)
WhatsApp delivery (upon request)
Delivery method may depend on file size, client preference, and the service type.
7) No Promotional Direct Messaging
Parallele Media Groupe LLC does not use:
WhatsApp messages
push notifications
SMS messages
direct platform messages
for promotional purposes.
We do not send unsolicited promotions, advertisements, or marketing campaigns through direct messaging channels.
If marketing communication is introduced in the future, it will only be done through opt-in mechanisms and will be clearly stated.
8) Message Security & Responsibility
While we take reasonable measures to protect communication, you understand that:
no messaging platform is 100% secure
messages sent to your phone or email may be accessed by anyone with access to your device or account
you are responsible for protecting your email account and device
We recommend using strong passwords and enabling device security where possible.
9) Policy Updates
We may update this Messaging Policy to reflect changes in our communication methods or legal obligations. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
